We suggest serving it chilled, but brüst is “shelf stable,” meaning it can be kept at room temperature as long as it has not been opened. Once opened, keep brüst refrigerated for up to a week.

Yes, brüst uses the cleanest and highest quality proteins. The standard for measuring the quality of a protein in a food or drink is called the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS). The quality of the whole food protein is based on the food’s essential amino acid content, based on human needs, and its digestibility (ability to supply amino acids). brüst contains a 1.0, the highest PDCAAS score a food protein can receive. This means that brüst’s food protein contains 100% of the amino acids in the right amounts needed by the body.

Yes you can, we prefer it chilled. But you can heat it up as long as you pour it out of the Tetra Pak packaging first.

Delivery times may vary by location; however, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link after purchase with the most up-to-date delivery information.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Return Policy
If you purchased your product directly from brüst, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Simply email us your order details to request return authorization. Once approved, we’ll help you send the product back and issue your refund after it’s received.
Subscription Policy
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month with notice for cancellation. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes, every month upon
renewal until you cancel.
We may change your plan’s rate each monthly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable tax changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.
If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime in your brüst account page.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your brüst account page or by contacting Customer Support. To get a full refund, you will have to cancel your subscription prior to order processing. After shipping, payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the subscription is cancelled.
